Our school is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. Being a Head girl, the responsibility for making arrangements for the school celebration is on my shoulders. At first i went totally blank, as I was not getting any idea on how to make the celebration an ever memorable one.
One thing that I always put forward is the effectiveness of brainstorming. This time also I thought about doing something like that. I call students from different classes who had shown excellence in something, including organising things. In the meeting I conveyed my vision, mission and goals to them. Even encouraged everyone to come up with their ideas on how to make the event a successful one. Give them sometime to think about, but some asked for two days. So, we planned to meet again after two days on the same venue. That meeting after two days helped us in framing out the skeletal structure for the event. Many ideas from many started flowing like a river. From those ideas we choose those that can give a big bang. Almost everyone give idea which we thing is a brilliant one. Little difficulty was there in choosing the best from it.
One of the activities that got good acceptance from all was Truck Mobile Video Games. We all know that playing video games in different batches at school will make students really happy. We wanted to make sure that both students and staff, other than invitees enjoy the event wholeheartedly.
We started searching for video game providers near our area. We collected information of many companies and call them to know about the services provided by each. Finally, we fixed a company that promised us to provide the best games we want at affordable rates. We booked them for 3 days. Hope to have a great gaming experience.
